If I can give my SA Manuel Garcia a 10 Star I would!! He is the absolute best. He's Very patient on helping me decide what Kind of watch I wanted, and he made it happen. I am more than satisfied with my purchase and my shopping experience was memorable!!!.

I just want to say that Mayors in Dadeland Mall has been staple there since I was a kid. recently, I was finally fortunate enough to get the call for a watch on my wish list. My sales associate Manuel Garcia was extremely kind, professional, and courteous. I hadn't seen him in eight months since I created my wish list, and when we met again, it was as if only a week had passed. The rest of the staff at the store was also very attentive and welcoming. I will definitely continue to do business with this establishment and be referring many friends and clients of mine.

I live in Hialeah. While not very far, there are certainly closer options available to me. I make the trek to Kendall, for my watch purchases, because of Liz. There is honestly no other reason for me to willingly deal with the palmetto expressway.She is genuinely wholesome and charming. And in truth, I would likely feel bad if I went to a brand’s boutique to buy directly, rather than from her. I enjoy the interactions with her, and yes, I feel a certain loyalty to Liz, which also makes Mayors Dadeland my watch dealer. I would have stayed a patron of the Aventura location had she not moved, and continued to deal with that blight on our society that they call traffic.If anyone actually reads this, know that as long as she is an associate with your company, I will be a customer. A trusted salesperson for a watch collector is like a good barber, you stick with them for as long and you can, and pray they never pack and go one day. I imagine there are a fair number of Mayors clients who feel the same way about her.

The service with George at Mayors in Dadeland was a one-time life experience. First I registered at Merrick Park Mayors in 2022 for a Rolex, but at this location, the service was awful, and very disappointed, they didn't explain anything and they didn't care about my interest in shopping. I didn't want to shop at the Mayors ever after my previous experience with the brand, then I decided to give it a shot Dadeland location, George Valvis received us with VIP service and good manners, and he made perfect suggestions and we finally could shop with the best assessor.Thanks so much!

Rolex section needs to have more respect for there customers . You never know who is seriously inquiring about products . Don't recommend

My wife and I were hired on to do a special calligraphy event in celebration of additions to the 2023 Grand Seiko Heritage Collection. Its really a special group of people they work here. Everyone from security up through sales and to management form a truly exceptional family of co-workers.We were very lucky and fortunate enough to work in partnership at one of their events and would not only gladly come back again to work, but to return as a customer when we are in the market for a specialty watch, knowing that we would be treated with respect, patience and care.I could list all the amazing people that work here, but it would be easier to say that we didn't meet anyone that wasn't completely dedicated to a through and thorough job of an amazing customer service experience. They treat each other well, they treat customers well and they treat partners in business well.There's little more you could ask for. Thank you so much for having us and we hope to see you all again soon!

If I could 0 stars I would!Terrible service with E- Commerce!I purchased a watch for my husband online for our anniversary. Once I got the watch on 12/25, someone emailed me from the virtual boutique department asking if there was a special occasion. I mention it was and the dates(12/18)They didn’t mention anything on the small window of return I had. I thought like every store, it was a 30day policy. No it’s 10 days. So now when I called Client Services this morning to ask how the return process goes they tell me I can only exchange the watch after 10days. I told them this was a gift I was not informed of this policy to please take that into consideration. I sent pictures to the e-commerce depart manager showing that watch is brand new and they still insist I can only exchange it. You think I want anything from Mayors after this? My husband doesn’t want it or any watch! The watch is in brand new conditions, just how they sent it. How to ruin my anniversary with this… nobody wants to help me! Never shopping with mayors again! Terrible e-commerce service!

Our salesman George was awesome. He made our experience very special and took his time with us without any rush and answered all our questions. Showed us different models of the Cartier watches for us to choose the one we were happy with sipping on champagne and chocolates. I thought I would never again go into Mayors after the cold shoulder treatment we received in the Mayors located at Merrick Park but I figured to give another shot at a different location to get my watch. We had a totally different experience with George and I hope he is rewarded for his professionalism and kindness that has changed my entire opinion on Mayors Jewelers and would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Dadeland location the BEST location.

I had the worst experience of my life today at the Mayor's store buying a luxury watch.But buyin the watch was not the worst part, the worst part was to meet the Mayor's store Director JOE REYNA.I bought a Cartier watch of 8000 dollars, I had a photo of the watch I wanted because I had been there days before, but after days the watch was not showing anymore and when I showed the photo to the seller he said "oohh I have it on the back of the store", it's in perfect condition and it is the only one we have, so I bought it.22 days after the CARTIER watch got water inside not due to swimming or diving because I'm a pregnant woman. ( and it was a water resistant watch). So I went back to the store for help because I don't want to spend 8000 dollar for the broken or defective watch because in addition was very suspicious that the watch was on the back and not showing instead.JOE REYNA said I'm sorry we have to fix it, I disagreed because it is a 8000 dollar I want a good watch not a fixed and defective watch. and I asking for the camera to see why my watch was on the back of the store if it was the last one in order to rule out a problem with.When you call the director you never imagine to meet someone like this guy in a luxury place, normally they are taking care of they custumers. but He said this is the only option you have and if you don't go I going to call the security, even seeing that I was pregnant, I felt afraid of him I called 911.Them JOE REYNA did the report to send the watch for evaluation and wrote down what he wanted, different to what I said happened. I said you can't do that and he responded sign it or go out.I'm started crying and felt very frustrated because they are kind when you are buying but if something happens you are lost completely. If the Mayor's store has that kind of worker as a luxury store what you can expect about they products.My husband can not buy his watch today after this experienceI'm Dentist and I never seen a customer service like that in any other place.

Overwhelmed by the exceptional service I consistently receive from Ray at Mayors. His dedication and professionalism have fostered a sense of loyalty in me. The stunning new store left me in awe - a true testament to the evolution of this remarkable brand. Being a client for the past 4 years, I've always felt welcomed and valued here. Highly recommend Mayors for their exquisite fine jewelry and Ray for his unparalleled service.

Liz helped me out she was super helpful and wasn’t pushy which is rare. Very respectful and knowledgeable about the time pieces in the store. Great customer service which I know that is expected in a place like this but I was happily surprised. Thank you Liz
