Very happy with the equipment I ordered. The color is beautiful. The power chair is extremely comfortable for the patients and providers. The stool is amazing too! It supports your back and adjusts to the provider’s needs like no other stool I’ve had before. In addition, the equipment was delivered to my office and assembled by the company. I did not have to deal with delivery packages, moving boxes or figuring out how to put it together. I’m very pleased with the equipment and service I received. I highly recommend Med-Resource if you are in need of medical equipment.

Daryl has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I was set on a white chair and he was expeditiously able to place order. I received my beautiful white chair in perfect condition. He assisted with set up and instructions on chair functions. I would highly recommend purchasing from Med Resource. Not only great customer service but great pricing too!

I purchased this chair and another (competitors chair) I hosted a training and all the attendees preferred this chair over the highly raved about competitors chair.As an aesthetician it’s extremely difficult to find quality aesthetic chairs with stirrups. This is definitely a standout!!

I purchased 3 tables from MedResource less than 2 years ago for a plastic surgery office. I am in my office 2 days per week, utilize 4 exam rooms, and have regular chairs in those rooms that patients frequently sit on instead of the examination table. The material on one of the chairs is beginning to develop holes where there isn't a lot of pressure in scattered areas. We do not use chemicals on the chairs but use soap and water. Occasionally we may use a non-bleach lysol wipe. We never use cavicide on the tables. I don't even own cavicide wipes. Cavicide is used in the instrument cleaning process and nowhere else.I called to report this and apparently the table is only warrantied for a year. So I'm stuck with a table that looks 40 years old from tears. Bottom line, don't buy this product.

I am a medical aesthetics practice in NJ. I have four procedure chairs in my office purchased over the last ten years. In 2018 I purchased the 646 chair and it is by far my the best of the four. In fact, I had purchased online a less expensive model which ended up being out of stock. For free, they upgraded me to a more deluxe model for the same price.Two years later, one of my older chairs broke (again). I decided to go back to Med Resource to replace this chair with a similar one to the one I purchased prior. Their customer service is outstanding and guided me towards the right model for my needs. He even upgraded the chair to a deluxe model and gave me a discount which made it less expensive than the basic model. In addition, he arranged inside delivery for next week.I've spent a lot of money on different chairs from different similar websites and there is no comparison. Med Resource's customer service, quality products, and quick delivery make it a no brainer.

The representative who said he was the owner when asked, was incredibly rude when I asked about medical equipment I needed. They do not sell what I needed and I was treated horribly when I called to inquire. I’m not stupid for asking regardless of him saying so. If he’ll treat YOUR customers (me)like this on a call then imagine how he’ll treat you if you need help in the future! I cannot fathom why any person much less business owner would act this way to someone trying to help a sick elderly person find medical equipment.
