They need to hire people that want to work and are friendly. And want to help because the people they got there now don't know what there doing and act like there doing you a favor with bad attitude. Horrible customer service . They don't want to tell you about the special they just want to sell you a high price phone. They need to work on there customer service and people skills. They just hire anybody that came off the boat . The girl that works there did not know English. Did not even connect the phone or but the plan I wanted . I had to call metro and do it my self she had me there for hours for her to not even get my line working. They need to do better training and hire people that want to help and make the company great.

They were extremely helpful. Claudia got my phone working and all of my information transferred to my new phone. Then when I did I don't know what to my phone a few days later and accidentally erased all my contacts, she was able to restore everything for me! Life-saver!

The service sucks the lady made me cried she was just worry about sales forgot customer service :( Thanks God for Kendall Metro office was able to help me .... I really needed help with the phone that is why I went to Metro office but was like talking Chinese zero help just wanted to SALE $$$

How is it possible that to request a receipt for my line they ask me to buy a prepaid card and pay an additional $10 in cash? That is, it is a receipt for the line that I pay every month and in addition they do not give me a receipt for the $10, What is this????? I will not pay for a receipt, I prefer to change operators

this two lady's would jump every time to conclusion on their behave for their gain the totals of service were added if customer ask for their service first the attendant did not stop of telling me i was wrong even in front of her i call the company from my tablet and pay my phone had no problems she said it could not be done she wanted for me to add more services and go other way another plan and tablet i was not in financial capacity at that time with their extra charges. They are rip off don't go there i went to coral way miracle mile metro and this lady's friendly always helpful and they actually lessen at customers and what i ask.

Very poor costumer service, i never has been treated so rude in my 7 years living here on Miami, both sales girl were upset because i ask about a promotion on the website, they ask me to go to the Corportate, at then end, Finally i went to the corportate, purshase a new line and a new device. You lost one activation.
