I visited Metro Ford three times to purchase my Ford Bronco Sport Heritage, and the overall experience was very disappointing.
My salesperson, Julio, was not honest, and there was no transparency. I test-drove one car, but during the purchase he sold me a different vehicle while telling me it was the same. The car I received was missing parts such floor mats , spare tire, and other options.
The negotiation process felt pressured, management was unhelpful, and customer service was not good. When I called afterward to report the missing parts, I did not receive a professional or supportive response.
I do like my car, but I do not recommend Metro Ford, especially for women looking for a respectful and honest buying experience.
