My experience was amazing. Professional, courteous and helpful! The manager Roger helped handle my case personally, Eddie explained all the issues, and Melanie made sure a got a rental car that matched my car so I wouldn’t be uncomfortable. 12/10 service and work.

First of all I want to thank Jose Diaz at Metro Ford, I have never been to a dealership where someone takes their time with you and really helps you find the best option. I needed a new vehicle for my family and I. We found the best option for us and Jose helped us every step of the way. Very professional and kind. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. I had gotten my first ever car lease from a Ford dealer in a different state with my mom there to help. My lease was coming to an end, and I was nervous about finding my next lease in FL without my parents there to which a friend referred Julio Filgueiras. From the first moment we reached out to him, he was in communication with both me and my mom, reassuring her that I'd be taken care of. I went into the dealership the next day and walked out with my new lease the same day. Julio got me the exact car I wanted at the price and terms I requested it at. Though my mom was in a whole different state, Julio kept her looped in on the entire process and didn't go through with anything without checking with her first. We hit a bump in the road while transferring my insurance and Julio did not leave my side until we figured everything out. He said we were family, and I seriously felt we were. Julio and the team at Metro Ford were attentive and personable through the entire process. While Julio helped me, Sheldon Holland worked to get my new car all cleaned up and ready to take off the lot. I could not recommend Metro Ford enough!! Great options for cars, maintenance needs, and customer service. Overall, an outstanding dealership. I will never go anywhere else. Also was given an adorable box of cookies as a thank you for my purchase which were delicious!!

Just purchased The Brand new ford Transit High Roof with Metro Ford and Eduardo Nazario was my sales guy and he went to bat for me getting my sale down and making sure I won in the deal and that the dealership won as well. Want pushy and did all of my paper work for me and made things easy for me.Super cool guy. Finance was quick and easy. They are up to date with technology. I did everything from my phone and it was super easy. The folks at the service desk are nice. But the actual repairs and misdiagnosis from their mechanics do them a great disservice. Took our car because it would not start, after replacing the batter which was odd since I had it replaced less than a year on the car, the total costs over $600. Took the car home and while on the way now a flurry of warning lights were now on, turned it off and tried turning it back on, guess what same issue it had before. Took it back cost to repair now $1300. Folks steer clear of this place. You will regret taking your vehicle here.

Hi all! Today I purchased a Ford Explorer and was very pleased with the purchase. The seller, Julio, is very experienced, behaved with dignity, and made the purchase conditions as good as possible. There is a small nuance with the service contract, but overall the guys did their best, and I am very pleased and recommend this car dealership to everyone, and especially when buying their first car. Alec was quick to process the insurance and within about two hours of arrival I was driving away in my new car with metal plates. I would like to note that the team worked very harmoniously, a really strong team, they did everything for the client to make it as fast and comfortable as possible. Thank you guys!

I would like to say that I went to Metro Ford looking to lease a brand new 2023 F150 Platinum pickup truck. I met with salesman Julio F. who showed me a Carbonized Grey and an Agate Black F150, both on black rims exactly how I wanted it. Both looked superb but I ended up choosing black on black. Julio was a consummate professional throughout the negotiation process. There was no pressure, no signs of frustration or being annoyed coming from Julio when I didn’t agree with the lease numbers. He continued to work and fight for me till the number I wanted was fair and agreed upon. Julio and company made the whole process seamlessly smooth.His partner Sheldon H. received my car, went over it together with me to look for any signs of damage while it was on the lot, documented anything we found to be taken care of at a later date/time then took it to wash. Now since I came alone that evening Julio and Sheldon promised me that they would deliver it to my home in Hollywood the following morning.I highly recommend Julio, Sheldon and the team at Metro Ford if you are looking for your next car or truck. They do strive to satisfy the customer.

5 Star Product, Service, and Experience.I am grateful for the no pressure sales I received from Janio. He was very detail minded, kind, and patient.The manager Rob was professional and exuded a very genuine spirit when sharing pricing options.Best of all, I completed 90% of my paperwork online after I test drove it, next day I came in and the car was ready for me, with a box of cookies for my daughters.It is obvious why a company like Metro Ford has been around for years; the way they treat their customers is first class. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and product quality I have experienced at your dealership Metro Ford . Approximately four years ago, I purchased a Ford Fiesta 2019 from your establishment with the expectation of a reliable and well-maintained vehicle.However, the reality has been far from this expectation. The car has a persistent water leakage problem. This has resulted in extensive rust and mold infestation throughout the back of the car, including the spare tire and its surrounding area. The damage has not only compromised the aesthetics of the vehicle but also poses a significant safety concern.The water leakage causing rust and mold in the back of my car is a serious issue that significantly affects its condition and safety.When I sought assistance at your dealership regarding these critical issues, I was met with the utmost rudeness and an overall lack of professionalism from your staff. The lack of empathy and assistance displayed by your team (Mr Eddie Abad service advisor)during this distressing situation has only added to my frustration and disappointment.I believe it is crucial for potential customers to be aware of the problems I have faced with both the product and the service at your dealership Metro Ford. This experience has not only cost me financially but has also been a source of great inconvenience and stress.I hope that this feedback prompts you to address the quality control issues in your vehicles and reevaluate the level of customer service provided at your dealership. Ordered my 2024 Mustang GT back in April and after 5 long months the car arrived. My salesman, Douglas was professional and kind and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The finance manager was also relatable and courteous. I received many congratulations from the staff. Everyone there at Metro Ford was nice and the service guys are hilarious. Great experience there for me.
