Everything I buy I do my research I do not buy at my first stop, I went to three diferents T-Mobile store in my area. I was able to experience the very poor customer service in the near stores once they realized I was getting information, their body language change and there was not any interest in provide information. Their prices were very high in comparison and one of them even get up of the chair to help me or show me the products.Once I got to the T-Mobile store in The Hammocks(Alvacell) tremendous diference, Luis Carlos was helpful, knowlegable and not pushy. Their prices the best in the are, TRUST ME, I SHOP AROUND.The whole Team very helpful, Luis Fernando was very helpfull as well.I am ver happy and satisfied with the product, the price and service.
