They will up charge you with whatever plan, phone and accessories they are interested in selling you; they will claim is a bundle. They will tell you stories about lower plans just to sell. I extremely suggest to go to metro web since there are more options there and also metro web WON'T charge you the stupid $15 for the sim card fee as well as another $35 activation fee. They are a chame! I will include also the same comment for another location nearby them.

The worst experience EVER in a Metro PCS store! March 3rd, 2020 I went to the store on this day to put a screen protector on my cell phone. A man attended me who did not have a name tag and would not offer me his name, who was somewhere around the age of 50 or so years old with a height of somewhere around 5'5. In addition, when this employee put on my screen protector he left it with air bubbles and he told me and I quote that "those air bubbles disappear by themselves and with the heat." Because of this I was not very pleased, and I had kindly asked him if he could put it on again to try and avoid having air bubbles, as a result of this, he had tried to put it on once again and the same result had occurred. I was beyond disappointed and asked for my money back. Once I had asked him for my money back he responded back to me saying that there are no refunds. I was very disappointed and unhappy with these set of events and as a result of these events I will NEVER be coming back to this store EVER AGAIN!!

I used to come to this store very often and was almost always treated not only with respect and honesty but the staff would want to have a genuine conversation with you but now... I don't even know where to begin honestly. The staff that they have chosen to replace the ones that were there back in December, when i last visited the store is a complete DOWNGRADE. The staff now can either not communicate with me or just do not understand the very phones that they are trying to explain. I asked SEVERAL technical questions and almost all of them were met with workarounds. Honestly try to avoid this store if possible. If for some reason the supervisors are reading this PLEASE do something about this I have been a loyal customer to this store for almost 2 years now and i genuinely looked forward to going before but now it has gone so downhill after the change in staff that its unbearable from now on I'll just drive a bit further from my house and drive to next metro because it is SO worth skipping this one now.

Beware of this store. There are liars and thieves that work here. The manager is the biggest liar of all and goes by the name Alexis. I brought my phone that I bought there not even with 2 days old and it was giving me problems. He refused to help me by sending me to corporate metro to get him out of his hair. That's not the worst part, he also lied to my face saying he didn't have any phones in stock to replace mine when in fact he did. I decided to call him up as another customer and he himself told me there was phones available. This made me even more angry and when confronted on this he kicked me out of his store and claimed I was trespassing when in fact I caught him in his own lie. The next day I got on the phone to speak to a manager only to find out Alexis is the manager. After confirming this I was on the phone with an employee who also lied to me and said he was on vacation and wouldn't be available. I called three hours later and immediately was connected to him where I quickly hung up and caught these people on another lie. Do not buy phones from here. Beware of these little metro stores that rip off their customers by selling defective phones. If you are going to buy a new phone, make sure to purchase it at a corporate store. Hopefully this review will help those in the future.
