It is the worst service I have received in my entire life and I have been with Metro PCS for more than 7 years and they have never served me in this way and simply for asking for a Sim change since I had bought a new phone, unfortunately I arrived at this location 5:30 pm and a lady helped me saying that at 6:00 pm they closed, but if you notice, she had 30 minutes to do her job and they closed the location supposedly, first she made the change and deconfigured my phone, why now? I don't get messages on my new phone! It didn't take 10 minutes to do the process and then we almost left the place and my glasses were left on top of the caunter and it was 5:50 when this unpleasant woman practically didn't close the door in the face, I walked 4 to 5 steps and turned around because I realized I didn't have my distance-seeing glasses in my pockets. I knocked on the door again. It wasn't even 6:00pm, there were 10 minutes left until It complied with the closing time of the location, which was at 6pm for metropcs employees. As far as I understand, the employees are paid to comply with a work schedule, but apparently the employees do whatever they want with it. place and also with the attention to the public! This lady never opens the door for us and STOLE MY MAGNIFYING GLASSES!!!! This is incredible THIS WOMAN IS A BAD CLASS THIEF SHE ROBBED MY GLASSES AND DECONFIGURE MY IPHONE, IT IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE AND I CLARIFY THIS WAS NOT A FREE SERVICE, I PAID FOR IT!!!!!!AND VERY EXPENSIVE.

The staff are ok... Just the coverage in flagler Miami is off & on constantly. Very poor when on conference calls. Trying to use WhatsApp is a nightmare every time
