I went on 1/25/25 to this location to pay my and my husband phone bill the was a guy that was extremely rude. Kept telling me my phone bill was $90. I showed him the text meteo sent me saying it was 89.38 not $90. Then of course the $5 convince fee which is ridiculous since I don't have a bank. The point is this young man was very rude and said to me 5 times or so that i could pay online to avoid the $5. I told him respectfully that if I had a bank account u would. This is why I hate metro and on top of that the service sucks. And the no unlimited data for everything is ridiculous. He needs to get talked to and reprimanded. I know I'm older than him and the disrespect this young man had with his attitude is why I hate dealing with the metro company.

I purchased an internet box from this store last month. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my internet, I can connect up to 64 devices to it, it never stop working, it just needs to be plug to the outlet and I can take it anywhere.
