This place is a complete waste of time, the lines have a bad Internet signal and those who serve there never know how to help customers. For my part, I can say that I waste my time by going there to solve a problem with the line. They try to avoid the customer's main problem and choose to say anything to no longer serve the customer. I have had a terrible experience with this line company since I always have the problem that my phone loses signal or does not work to make calls or messages because it says it is out of network. I would like them to fix that because as a customer I would like them to help me solve problems that have a lot to do with the store and the type of service they offer. And it's not the first time it happens. In addition, the fact that the line is deactivated just by removing the card from the ship is so unnecessary because one has to pay to have it activated again.

Horrible store & my husband and I were racial profiled this store should be shut down and we’re gonna do whatever in our power to make sure. Corporate was also called. They do not assist you properly and lack professionalism. Disgusted

Drove all the way there after seeing store closed at 7, they decided to lock the doors 20 minutes early. I knocked on the door as the girl sat inside and told me to leave that she didn't want to work anymore today.

We were at the Marlins Stadium Metro PCS unit recently. The problems we had were resolved satisfactorily. We were assisted by Lourdes who did so with great dedication and professionalism. Thanks to Metro for having such great staff.
