I visited the store in NW 7th Street since i have a problem with my phone. Melanie restored my phone in seconds. She has a pleasant personality. This is not my first encounter with her. She has an excellent quality of a customer service. I also ended up upgrading my phone which she did an initial set up which is a great help to me. Thank very much for your help, Melanie. I love my new phone.

So I went in and purchased a phone from metro and they gave me 2 lines for $90 the guy told me if anything happens to the phone before the bill is due I could take it back and sure enough my son broke his phone 2 weeks of having it I tried to take it back and the manager told me they couldn't give me a new phone cause the phone could only be returned if the phone broke with in 7 days mind you they told me the phone didn't have insurance but I was paying for insurance on both phones false advertisement and they dont educate there employees enough about there polices I wasted $300 on false advertisement and wrong information please educate yourself on the policy before purchasing the phones that way you don't end up in the predicament I was in

The best customer service around little Havana, that staff is great and explains everything in detail. If you want to be treated right this is the metro by t-mobile to go to. Great phone deals, all kinds of accessories for phones. A1 service, very clean and organized. My favorite Metro by t-mobile store.
