My experience on 12/16/2024 was very bad, I gave it one star but the truth is that it doesn't even have one, I am an older person, I felt scammed, deceived and poorly cared for. They sold me things I didn't ask for and accessories I didn't need, now I'm getting a high bill and I just wanted to buy a phone, they made me pay with a debit card and didn't tell me to pay with my credit card, they didn't give me the receipt for what I ordered. I bought it, when I returned he didn't want to let me return the phone because it was an upgrade and it had an additional line, he yelled at us and told me to throw away the accessories he gave me, in the end he received them. He described the service as terrible. They must have friendly staff who offer good customer service.

terrible treatment, extremely bad customer service. Blonde employee was smoking a vape and some hit my face. Would never come back and I went to at&t instead.

Terrible people treatment. No humanity whatsoever from Loandi worker. She is happy if you go to BUY something, but if you go to ask for help with any info, she is angry and disrespectful. My mom needed some transfer info pin and account number, and Loandi treat her with so much disrespect. She was kicking my mom out of the store saying that she couldn’t give her that info, telling my mom that she had to call T-mobile to get it. Not enough, she yelled to my mom prohibiting her from making the phone call to T-MOBILE from the store because it was a “PRIVATE” space and she had to make the phone call outside. My mom is very brave and doesn’t keep up with this type of discrimination so she stayed inside the store and called T-mobile customer service. The person on the phone, told my mom that in order to get the info she would have to go to a T-mobile store, which was exactly where she was! When my mom told her that the person on the store (Loandi) didn’t want to give her that info, the person on the phone told her that THEY HAVE TO. Only until that point this worker Loandi finally had to quit her anger and give her the information that my mom went to ask from the very beginning.
Unfortunately this is a common situation in Miami, where people just don’t wanna do their job and they are angry to customers most of the time. Especially if they are not buying that day. Despite being something common, it should not be accepted or encouraged, that is why I left this long review today. People like her should either reconsider their bad attitude and work in customer service, or not work in customer service ATT ALL. And better be behind the doors where she doesn’t have to deal with people if she doesn’t know how to have basic decency to PEOPLE at all.

On Thursday I was e. The store where I always buy my phones, when I arrived, the employee or boss was serving a customer while the other employee was talking on the phone and was waiting until I left due to the bad treatment and lack of courtesy of the supposed boss, another one. The prices in that store were higher than the previous one I visited and the other employee told me that Nokia phones were useless so I shouldn't buy them.
