Yajaira was very nice and her customer service made us feel very welcome in the store. It was nice to be able to have some pleasant small talk with somebody from my home state. The two young ladies here were very attentive, polite and were able to help us activate our new phone quickly without any problems. Thank you very much!

If i could put 0 stars i would . i walked in with a mask and got greeted with a GET OUT ! Not even hello people are not welcome here is the message you give. Way to show how your customer service was going to be so i left i will spend my money where im wanted. 5 enployees 1 customer in the store.

After waiting to speak to the rep in the front, she stated that I would have to wait for everyone in line before me just so I can pay for my items which I already had in my hand. I stated I don't need service I just want to pay for the screen protector and leather case. she said sorry you have to wait. so I stated so I have to wait 20 30 minutes maybe even longer to pay for something that wss in my hand that can take 2 minutes and that guy is just standing there staring at me waiting for me or waiting for someone to help. she goes sorry that's not my fault you have to wait. I said are you serious he's literally waiting for you to send someone over it would take a minute to pay for this and I have to wait 20 or 30 minutes just to buy something? She goes yes is there anything else with a snarky remark I said you know what you just lost this sale ($40) she was oh well have a great day. That is the last time I'm coming to the store and I will not be recommending this to place to anybody as long as she works there or as long as they have this ridiculous policy in play. I ended up going to the MetroPCS store right down the street. I was able to purchase my stuff and no problem even ahead of other people who are actually getting service. That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and if this is how MetroPCS treats customers then Sprint here I come.

I've been a customer of this particular MetroPCS authorized Center and I loved it there the staff is courteous knowledgeable and willing to help with any issues relating to the use of the phone that you have purchased from them they also include great plans and great upgrade selections I am totally satisfied with his MetroPCS
