Everything go to metro and I think it can't get worse...it does...I pay $300 FOR A PHONE...and they say the charger port...IS SOLD SEPARATELY....it's like selling a car and selling the Sterling wheel SEPARATELY.....$25...btw....the I can only backup my photos in wi fi...which I don't have...so I had to sit in store for 45 minutes for that....then the phone keeps downloading apps I have no idea where they come from....it's almost as if they sit at a board meeting and say, how can we be cheaper and worse this year smh

This was an AMAZING shopping experience!! I have visited MANY Metro stores as I have been a customer for 11+ years. Besides the Authorized dealer on Hollywood circle, this has been THE BEST experience ever. Arianne was fast, knowledgable, informative and knows her devices.. I LOVE my new Samsung Galaxy!
