This store staff member are unprofessional with horrible attitude. They wasn’t helpful and lack knowledge on basic services. My husband and I walked in to get another line added & they wouldn’t even pay attention to us. Also questions he asked pertaining to the extra line and having it set up even with a customer service agent on the phone, they questioned him like he was a thief. They wouldn’t give him access to his own account. We were being racial profiled because we’re black. Everyone in there were Hispanic. They also started raising their voices at my husband. I never felt this way in my life. Please stay away from this store. This store should be shut down but we will take it further.

They will up charge you with whatever plan, phone and accessories they are interested in selling you; they will claim is a bundle. They will tell you stories about lower plans just to sell. I extremely suggest to go to metro web since there are more options there and also metro web WON'T charge you the stupid $15 for the sim card fee as well as another $35 activation fee. They are a chame! I will include also the same comment for another location nearby them.

I went to the store to buy a phone a few months ago, and the customer service was pretty bad, I went back again today and there was a new girl in the store named Monica, very knowledgeable, kind, as nice. I recommend this location, and if you’re gonna work with anyone, work with Monica.

Worst store! Don’t stand by their word. Offers the world and its all lies. Was offered three months of free insurance. Was not honored. Even showed proof where the employee wrote it on a card and still nothing . Remove insurance in May!!!!

I want to let everyone knows that I love this location now. I came to this locations many tines before and nobody help me like the lady that works there now. Monica go ask for her to help u.
