I am extremely disappointed with the unethical behavior at this MetroPCS location. The sales representative, Angie, ran my mother-in-law’s credit without authorization, which is a clear case of fraud. This was done without her consent, putting her at serious financial risk.
To make matters worse, when we addressed the issue, the store manager was completely unhelpful and failed to take responsibility or offer any real solution. The lack of professionalism at this store is beyond unacceptable. No customer should ever be subjected to dishonest practices and dismissive service.
I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with this location, as their actions show a complete disregard for ethical business practices.

The girl who helped me was very kind, I with little English and she with little Spanish, very nice. But the rude Cuban lack of respect that even insulted me was a disgusting person. I will never go back to that store again and I recommend not coming back.

it's like a center for employee's with childhood traumas smh says a lot about who hired and train them type of non human beings ? just close down, would rather deal with animals!
