No one spoke English! I’m sure they were nice people but they couldn’t understand what I was asking help with. There should be at least one English speaking person on staff as this is an American company in America.

I have to say that I never write reviews but I will now. I went to this Metro store and I couldn't be happier. Amazing customer service from these two girls Stephanie and Linet, who helped me (not a very high tech guy) with everything and I left very happy with my phone. I watched them help several customers who came into the store with different issues or questions. 100% recommended!!!

I was a T-Mobile customer for several years, I financed a phone with them, I paid it in full and sent it to Venezuela, the phone is locked and there is no way to unlock it, the only solution they give me is to return the phone to the USA and be with them 40 more days to unlock the phone that I paid in full!! Very bad service not recommended
