Great service with this store, they speak English and Spanish! Maydee helped us out, and she was AMAZING! She helped me pick out the best phone, best plan that is saving me money. And she called Customer Service for me!

Perhaps a college degree should be a requirement. I mean when you sit there and pretend to know English for 20 minutes instead of just saying you don't know English. Well I think that pretty much explains it. Customer service is not top quality. The name of the brand would be pronounced both the same in English and Spanish anyway right? This is not the top location

I went to this small store yesterday, and I was truly surprised by the excellent service. Mayde and Andres are very patient, polite, and attentive to your questions. They helped also to transfer all the data to my new phone. Honestly, I felt very comfortable. Thank you for everything guys!

The store offers excellent service and customer care. The young woman and the young man who work there are very friendly, patient, and always willing to help with any questions or needs. They have good prices and a variety of devices. Definitely recommended!

Horrible experience. I entered the store . Nobody at front. Then he just offered me a huge price for a phone that was supposed be free . Then he told me that I needed to purchase the accessories otherwise he couldn't sell the device . I told him I don't need the accessories and then he refused to sell me the device. I will Never gonna come back and I don't recommend this metro store ?

Horrible service they charge you before they actually do the service once money is paid they do the bare minimum to get you out of the store and lie to your face that they can't transfer information from phone to phone where in every other store I have never been told this. Had to drive to a new location, where thankfully another team was able to help in another location. Avoid this store at all cost, the female with black hair Employee ID: REM737 was beyond horrible.

Today I visited the store, a Mr. was attending. And a lady who is vastly vulgar, grotesque and rude. Mr. Andres was very decent and helped me a lot. Yesterday I bought a Cuban lady with intense black hair (whose name I don't know). And she didn't know how to put the glass protector on correctly and she said to come the next day because her partner would put it on. She sold me a cover that was not correct, all of this while she was writing to different men who ignored her and did not answer her. Hazta said there he blocked me. and she continued writing with me in front of her. Well, I went the next day and said that my cover was no longer useful, that they should change the protector and I also wanted to buy a longer cable. She said that cable has to be paid for separately, while Andres attended to me and I was ok because that other one comes with the phone, his rudeness was such that I let him know to tone down the bad attitude he had. She answered me saying I didn't yell at her, you wouldn't want to hear me scream. If it doesn't work for you, I moved the bed closer. And I won't buy a longer one. And then she says we are solving everything for you, when it was Andres who solved it, she just charged and went inside without speaking. Yes, he said, thank you, Mrs.
I hope you educate your employees the customer is always right.
