Horrible. 50 minutes waiting and still here. I arrived at 10:30am for my 11am appointment to set up new patient details. It is 11:50 and I am still waiting! I have never experienced such a delay when having a confirmed doctors appointment. I have to leave and go to work so I will miss the appointment and I wasted one and a half hours of my day. Disgusting!Horrible. 50 minutos esperando y sigo aquí. Llegué a las 10:30 a. m. para mi cita de las 11:00 a. m. para configurar los detalles del nuevo paciente. Son las 11:50 y sigo esperando! Nunca había experimentado tal retraso al tener una cita médica confirmada. Tengo que salir e ir a trabajar, así que perderé la cita y perdí una hora y media de mi día. Una auténtica vergüenza!

Not a friendly parking location, there's a big size parking lot for car but all "100%" the spots are taken up by the employees and we the patient are to walk one hole block away from office, I don't think is fair for patients, employees get to enjoy the comfort of parking their cars for their entire shift a few feet away from their office...SMH.

I wish I read reviews about this building before I stepped foot in here, the doctor I looked up had good reviews and kinda advertised herself as having a private practice in this "medical center", well it's a free clinic, it's ghetto it's dirty and holly molly the wait times, I spent 4 hours in there, for a procedure that literally takes 5 minutes, I had an appointment, guess what, In hell no one cares, I ended up having to leave after they finally called the doctor and she " I have no idea how much longer"....NO IDEA, dude that's absolutely ridiculous, even more infuriating is that the staff seem to be doing nothing all the time, people are at lunch for hours, you hear them gossiping loudly, no one cares, your a bum to them, I didn't know this was a low income medical building, they should really advertise that, I wouldn't have come here if I knew how 3rd world it is

This place was a nightmare on multiple levels.Administration was instructing me wrong information and a doctor Navarro was horrible. First day I was waiting one hour to find out they are too busy to give me a doctor.Second day:1. I came at 6 45 AM, the administration nurse checked me in and said I can go out, have a coffee and come back since I was 7th in line. I was waiting 4.5 hours and finally my turn came. Nurse said she can't see me since I need to go to cashiers first. The line was huge. I was in disbelief, how can you make me lose my spot and send me back to check in?I signed some papers and came back finally, but they said now I have to wait for 5 more people in front of me!!!I was there already 6.5 hours at that time! I finally saw the doctor to do my annual physical exam but , she said she can't do my Pap smear cuz I was walk in (on the phone they said I could do physical as a walk in), she never examined me, just gave me lab work order. I haven't been 3 years at the doctor and I have only one time a year annual and I got nothing out of it. She was very rude and I was in her office only 2 minutes. At that point it was 1 30 PM and I was exhausted and stressed out to wait again for blood work.If you are unfortunate to go there, do not go to dr. Navarro.And administration is not capable of doing their job properly. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences in my life.

I just had a horrible experience with a receptionist on the fourth floor room 404-405 today. I tried to get information needed from my hearring doctor, I could not understand or hear the receptionist. I told them that I am hard of hearing and did not understand what they were saying, they did repeat themselves but in the same volume and started getting annoyed when I told them I still could not hear them. I even asked them to write down what they were saying, they they just kept looking at me with an annoyed face. This was an horrible experience, I had to walk out without knowing what they said or what I'm supposed to do.

Complete trash. If you can - do not come here. No service, no one can properly speak English, freezing cold as we all in Antarctica. My question “why?” Why it has to be so cold in here? Why you can place here people who speaks English? Why my appointment is at 10am (I haven’t eaten anything because I’m doing blood work) why I have to wait for 2h to see doctor JUST FOR BLOOD TEST???? I don’t understand.P.S. huge recommendation to put numbers at the windows!!!! Hire people who speak English and put temperature higher !Horrible place

They'll make you wait 4 hours even if you made an appointment. My follow up took just as long. I regret coming here. I value my time. This was a complete waste of time. They triple book patients. So disorganized.

The wait is terrible. It doesn't matter what time your appt is, because you will be seen hours later. There is also barely any seats left. It's very crowded. I feel like they overbook their schedule and are late to work which causes everything to be behind schedule.I've been here twice for a visit and a follow up that were 1 week apart. The follow up appt was a waste of my time and money/insurance charge. I was told last week that everything for my pre-op clearance would be ready for pickup today. Well it wasn't. When I inquired why the papers weren't ready I was given multiple excuses. I finally got my paperwork but it took 5 hours to FINALLY get something.As far as the nurses and MA's they are horrible. They need to go back to school and undergo customer service training. Nobody chart reviews, you should always know what's going on with an established patient. I also had to explain numerous times that I got all of my lab work done on my previous visit, but nobody listens. They want to talk over or ahead of you. One lady (I didn't get her name) came from the back huffing and puffing with an attitude. She was so passive aggressive. She had the nastiest tone with me and was talking over me. I wish I could get her name. All I know is she is one of Dr. Perez's nurses. She's heavier, hispanic, and dark hair. She had on burgundy scrubs today (I hope she reads this)... She told me the doctor had to look over my chart and it takes time...but after I finally received the papers, I read through them & say that my chart & lab work was reviewed Dec 7. 3 days ago! My forms should have been ready! That lady was also lying to me...The ladies in the front are so sweet and go above and beyond their job duties.
