I wish I would've looked at the reviews before I made my way to the store. Online it says the store closes at 6 PM. I decided to call at 4:50 to ask a question about doorhandle hardware, and the person that I spoke to told me that that specific department closed at five. My navigation told me I will get there at exactly 5. I let the gentleman know whose name was Ray, and he told me to be fast. A few minutes later, I was unsure if parking was needed so I decided to call again and spoke to the same gentleman Ray. I told him that I would be there at exactly 5 to please ask them to wait. He told me they were leaving in a few minutes and basically could not guarantee. I walked through the door at 5 PM, and was directed to the gentleman working in that department. As I spoke to him, he told me they were no longer opened, and it was 5:01 PM. The worst part of the interaction with the attitude, he turned his back on immediately immediately to answer the phone, and was not even a bit interested on what I was looking for. I sat in my car in for the store for almost 15 minutes after I walked out of the store (I walked out very upset and the employee at the front counter saw me, my car was right in front of the door), and saw him leave at that time. I'm sure he could've taken at least five minutes to see what we needed and at least tried to strike a conversation to set up a sale for the following day. Apparently the store feels like they are doing their customers a favor, not the other way around. I wasted quite a drive to get to this location. Beware of their customer service.Oh, and I forgot to mention that I was with my entire family.
