Excellent experience at Miami Pet Clinic! The staff is incredibly professional and attentive, always ready to resolve any questions or concerns with a smile. The attention to clients and our pets is unbeatable, they make you feel confident from the first moment. In addition, the appointment system works perfectly, without delays and very organized, which makes planning much easier. i’ve been going to this clinic for 3 years and all i can say i’m so happy with every service; Dr. Piedra is amazing doing her job my cat recently got surgery and everything went pretty good post recovery was quick. I definitely recommend this place feels like family.

So disappointed with this vet!! My pets( three cats and a dog) have been coming here for years, have spent thousands of dollars and have never felt more disappointed and disrespected as I do now . We took my dog here when she had a neurological issue and they misdiagnosed her. I brought this up to Alan, the manager and he said that they assumed it was an ear infection. I’m not a vet that's why I take my pets to a professional. The Point is I ended up taking her to Knowles where they gave me the correct diagnosis. After spending a lot of money at miami pet clinic I called them to follow up and let them know she was being taken care of. I call today to schedule an appointment only to be told that our account has been locked and they gave me no reason why my dog cannot be seen anymore only that the “doctor” refuses to see my pets anymore. I’m assuming this has something to do me with bringing up my concerns about my dogs misdiagnosis previously. We are reasonable people and for us to complain and bring something up is rare, so I find it unbelievably disrespectful and distasteful to do this to someone who has been coming here for years and has recommended them to friends and family. I’ll take my dog and my business elsewhere.

Today 08/13/24 I took my Dog Spot to Miami Pet Clinic the vet Because he’s bleeding front he’s Pee wee. And his Urine is with blood . So I made an appointment to see the vet. The Staff Was Great Until I got to see the Doctor .My Dod is 87 pound . He is well behave but yes he can be a handful and more he rarely be around people that he doesn’t know. The doctor came in the Room I was trying to put the strap in his mouth he wasn’t haven’t it . But I finally put it on so he wouldn’t bite anyone. The doctor never Touch him she walked out and later some staff came to the room with a $720 bill so they can sedated him and blood test and a few more charges was included. That was only the beginning. How you came to that conclusion if you did not check the dog? You did not touch him . To see if he’s peewee was cut or something. I was very disappointed. I don’t think she care for the wellbeing of the animal. She didn’t even try to check on my dog she just walked out. Very Unprofessional.I wouldn’t Recommend this place . I walked out of the place . Yes I did not have to pay them nothing since they did nothing for my dog.

Miami Pet Clinic literally saved us by expediting the USDA health certificate process. After an epic fail by Banfield Pet Hospital in Miami Beach misinforming us about not needing this health certificate, we were frantically trying to find someone to help us. We only had 3 days before our flight. MPC staff was so nice and accommodating. . They saw us immediately that day. The vet and vet tech were so good with Tortilla. They helped us with the exams and filed the paperwork immediately. We got Tortilla’s paperwork in time and were able to board our flight to Italy without issues, a huge stress relief!! This will be my regular vet from now on! Thank you so much!
