Went to this gym while on vacation. Definitely one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Dumbbells up to 150. They have 3 squat racks and so many different machines for shoulders, chest, legs, etc. Perfect for any bodybuilder or anyone looking for a well equipped gym.

Made this my home gym. One of my favorites if not THE favorite. The staff is attentive, helpful, and always in a great mood. Music is always on point. The energy of the people. Doesn’t matter what time you arrive weights are always in the right place. Everyone takes pride and ownership in this gym and it shows

This gym is pretty dope. Lots of interesting equipment that will make your first back day here really exciting. Staff is helpful. Everyone I’ve interacted with has had a great attitude, and the other members have been very considerate as well

There's a reason that Miami Strong is the absolute best gym, not only in Miami, but probably in the whole U.SThe staff are all super friendly and accommodating, they really make it feel like home. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that's in Miami and if you're wondering if Equinox is comparable, no it is not, Miami strong blows Equinox out the water for a bunch of reasons, starting with their brand new equipment (which is always being rotated by James the owner) , the ambiance of the gym and the culture that exists in this gym.STOP THINKING AND READING REVIEWS, JUST JOIN
