Photographed it from different angles around the river and Brickell. Color programs change; some nights are more dramatic than others. Daytime it's just a sleek building. Night skyline compositions almost always include it for a reason.

Iconic illuminated office tower downtown — the rainbow/LED light shows at night are the main public draw. You generally can't tour the top like a pure observation deck attraction, so enjoy it from street level or nearby bridges. Best after dark.

they don’t have a designated parking spot for delivery drivers but across south E. 1st Ave, that lot does let drivers park for about 13 minutes maximum
