Shaniqua, the manager was so great and helpful when my fiance went looking for frames, he even FaceTimed me and I spoke to her over FaceTime while she explained all of our different options. So helpful and patient!! What a great experience

They have increasingly shifted there stock to a house brand that provides very poor quality for artists, while again lowering the selection as to simulate these are the only items available. Shame on you Michael's

A lot of assortment of decorations and crafts, flowers and party supplies, it was completely empty at 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday, very high prices, for example a baloom that costs one dollar fifty cents on the dollar three, there it costs 12.99, it is that price is abusive, you can see it in the photos I attached
