Ridiculous framing department - a sign up with no "framer on duty", and requesting that paintings were mailed to them with the requested frame. Why even have a framing department?Called the one on Flagler and they confirmed they do have one working that department but that they were gone for the day and try calling tomorrow.I won't be wasting my time going to this Michael's again.

It's a well organized store and the employees for the most part, are very friendly and offer their assistance without you even asking. They also have curb side pick up which is handy (if you're lazy). Keep an eye on the buy 1 get 1 free deals and also buy 1 canvas get the other 50% off.
