Today I was buying accessories for Christmas and my experience is always the best, I love everything, this store is always very organized and clean, I always find good prices, the best store for crafts and decoration!

Got on the phone with an employee that seems to be the type to do the bare minimum. I asked if she could confirm if she had an item in stock that appeared on the website so I didn't drive an hour in vain and she refused to check for me. I offered to call at another time when it was better and she just straight up said "no, I can't do that and no one else can do that either. Place your order and if we don't have them then we'll tell you"
I called Hobby Lobby and they checked the same item for me, pulled it aside and very nicely answered all my questions. Go to Hobby Lobby instead, they have better prices anyway.

I'm losing my faith in these stores because the policy of the corporation is very inhumane. They keep playing games with good employees. The misery of salaries still pushing personnel to quit constantly on all locations. Shame on you

The customer service at this Michaelās location is extremely disappointing, from cashiers to supervisors. On Sunday, I went to exchange an item for the same one in a different color, but it turned into a frustrating experience. Rather than a straightforward exchange, I was told by the manager that I had to return the item, then receive a gift card, despite having my receipt. I was advised to order the new item online and come back to pick it up when it was ready. I waited all day, and the item was never available.
To make matters worse, when I eventually requested a refund, I encountered even more issues. The cashier mistakenly processed the refund for two items instead of four, which escalated the situation. Instead of handling the issue professionally, the cashier called over the manager, saying she had a āsituationā with a customer. It would have been more courteous simply to say, āCould you assist this customer?ā
Adding to the frustration, new customers were allowed to skip the line with no regard for those of us waiting. This store used to be a pleasure to shop at when it was located across the street, and after 40+ years in Kendall, this was not the experience I expected. My daughter was able to make a simple return here just last month without any hassle, so Iām disappointed by the inconsistency.
Sadly, I wonāt be returning to this location. With so many other stores to choose from, itās disappointing that my neighborhood store let me down in this way.

Delusional store worker with the snake bites lip piercings gives a terrible customer checkout experience with a nasty attitude. Thereās multiple signs up in the yarn section saying buy 1 get 1 50% and she claims she took them all down earlier bc the sale ended as if my own eyes are deceiving me. I canāt make it up. Instead of checking herself if she may have missed a few signs she immediately catches an attitude when she realizes she may have to honor the discount. Just walked out bc her energy was rancid. Would rather drive an extra 15 mins to the Dadeland location. If you canāt speak to people you shouldnāt work customer service.
