I’ve watched this company repeatedly mislead my elderly mother—someone who simply wanted honest guidance. They promised her coverage they later refused to honor, leaving her confused and vulnerable. Every time I’ve tried to clarify with an agent, I’ve met the same routine: vague answers, reading lines from a policy instead of truly helping, and hanging up the moment the questions get tough.
After thirteen years in hospitality, I know what basic respect for a customer looks like. These interactions have been the exact opposite—dismissive, evasive, and deeply unsettling. It feels like they rely on confusion rather than clarity, luring people in with reassuring words and then retreating behind loopholes when help is needed most. Watching my mother trust their promises, only to be left unprotected, has been infuriating.
I have never seen an organization handle clients with such disregard. Their behavior doesn’t just reflect poor service; it borders on exploitation of those least equipped to navigate complex policies. I wouldn’t trust them with anything important, and I strongly urge others to think twice before placing their confidence—or their money—here.
Distrust-worthy ,raggedy, and waste of time & money.

You have to specify that you get Erica, she is the only one who will treat you with respect and attention to detail. When I signed up almost ten years ago I was over charged, and treated rudely by the other ladies. Erica has since taken care to make sure our accounts are in order and we are being treated fairly. And for the owner, be sure you take care of her to the highest standards because when you lose her to another agent you will lose all my accounts.

This is a very good State Farm Office. Ms Brenda Fleureny has helped my wife and I with our house and car insurances. I had a great experience working with Erika! She communicated well and explained everything to me in a way that helped me make a decision that best fit my needs. I didn't feel like I was being asked to buy stuff I didn't need which occurred with a few other insurance providers during my process to find insurance.

This is my second review. And I am not good at writing reviews but I have to. I added a newer vehicle to my policy. The initial quote I got was ridiculous but I have to go to the office. It worked.
The lady took her time to get me the best deal. She only asked for patience on my part. It worked. Try them. The elderly lady at the reception is professional. The agents are great. Thank you guys.
But don't forget, there's always room for improvement.

My experience is always excellent when calling your office starting with the receptionist, that is so helpful. My agent Erika Macedo that when above and beyond in helping me with everything I needed. She even followed up on the weekend, to making sure I had everything I needed done correctly. Thank you blessed to have your team taking care of me and my family.
