They called me to say my car was ready, but when I arrived, they hadn't reset the oil display. The employee wasn't particularly friendly and ended up looking up instructions online right in front of me as I waited. In the end, I left and figured it out myself. Based on this first experience, I wouldn't recommend them due to customer care.

The Dealership told me 3 hrs for an oil change, I called and I was told same day, in a little less than a Hour later my truck was finished. Also the person attending me was actually pretty cool and added a discount that I was eligible for. So all in all Fast, Great, Kindness service all in about less than a hr because I was in a hurry. Definitely check them out if you are in the area 👌

3 hours for the oil change. They were just waiting to get a guy into debt to change the entire vehicle, however I waited even longer when the vehicle was already ready. They get angry when you say no to parts of the vehicle that you don't want to change. Thanks. Oh, and they broke the cabin air filter trying to get it out and sell it later.

I came to change the oil for my Mazda CX5 and they charged me $133 for that, they didn’t want to give me the coupon that they usually have in their website ( -$20 off) and didn’t make the tire rotation also. I spoke with friends and I told the price and they said It was too much expensive so I came back and I spoke with the manager and he gave me the coupon and refund me the $20 and also made the tire rotation, he was really effective and kind. But definitely I would not come back ir if you are a wonan go with a man.

Horrible service, they took soooo long, i was told it was going to be between 1 hour and 1 1/2 almost 3 it took to change my oil and because i went to ask they hadnt even notice that my car information was ready, first and last time that i go to this location.

I called to ask about changing the car's oil and filter... they quoted me $89 today, 01/28/2025, I went to perform the service and they charged me $361 waoooo... it took 2 hours! They are neither fast nor honest...! Abusers! EYE
