Great service! I have a Mercedes, and as someone who isn’t exactly the most car-savvy, I truly appreciated how honest and transparent the manager, Jorge, was. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood what was going on, and helped me get the most bang for my buck. I felt respected, informed, and genuinely taken care of, especially as a woman in a male-dominated industry. They are Mercedes-certified, and all services hold warranty, which gave me even more peace of mind. Plus, you can walk to La Carjeta and grab a coffee while you wait! Highly recommend!

The manager at MIDAS is super nice, but I did have some issues with the services being done. Originally I was just there for an oil change to find out that I supposedly needed struts and back tires. Ended up saying yes wasn’t told it would take 4 hours and they I wouldn’t be able to go to work that day, and was told I would have to call my job and tell them I can’t come in whenever I told him I had to go to work. After the services I come to find all of my air tire pressures to be above 40, way too high, missing one of my caps for my tires that I had to go in and ask about, and also the huge sticker is still on my tire. Also the work would’ve gotten done quicker if the mechanic wasn’t playing on his phone, coming in and asking the manager 5 different times what he is suppose to be doing, talking on his phone, and taking multiple breaks.
