Last year I purchased a new f150 platinum and it gave me a bunch of problems. I did a lemon law and turned in that car. I was not planning on buying another ford again, and went to gmc and Chevy to look at their trucks. Not only did I not like the cars, their prices were insane for their top of the line trucks (Denali and high country). I decided to give ford another chance and passed by the store - were I was helped by Erwin. He sold me again on another platinum - this time a limited edition. He was able to find one with everything I wanted and the color in another dealership and brought it down the next day. Erwin and the general manager worked with me and provided great service. They gave me a great discount on the car, and because of everything that happened with my previous ford - they worked with me to trade in a Tesla that I was upside down on. They really made up for all of my issues and more. I’m very thankful for the experience and service I received - I will definitely buy here again - and encourage anyone who’s looking for a ford to visit this location.
They will work with you and try to help you out as best as they can. Look for Erwin next time you stop by!

Wow amazing how bad the service in this place is !!! I heard they were bad but snap they have no etiquette they don’t know how to treat people especially some lady named Liz !!! This lady is the worst person ever I wish I could teach her some manners and how she should treat people. Liz I hope one day someone gives you a piece of there mind cuz apparently you don’t have one.
So thank you Midway Ford you guys really do a great job at disappointing us !!!!
