I made a purchase online about two months ago, when you first inquire about ordering or becoming a client they’re very attentive and will message you to ask if you need help with anything but once you message them to let them know you’re not happy with your purchase they go silent! I placed my order and received it, some items broke as i was putting them on displays to take pictures, the quality of the jewelry is horrible! I couldn’t sell a single piece because it was that bad, one of the most expensive pieces I got a $35 necklace you can’t even undo the clip without using pliers because its so hard to undo, no way you can take it off without help and would probably break after a few times, the post on some earrings completely came off and on others it bent, after I saw this I didn’t feel comfortable selling this crap so I wore two of the rings only for them to start changing colors only after about a week of use and minimal contact with water, I’ve had gold plated jewelry before and it has always lasted at least a couple years, this is not gold plated its plain junk jewelry do not waste your money, I messaged this people on labor day and have yet to receive a response.
