Took my parents for imaging studies. The staff were incredibly talented.Argenis, at the service desk; was a wonderful first impression. He educated my parents about what to expect throughout their visit and addressed all their clinical and administrative concerns successfully.

Front desk not very helpful with dealing with insurance. Basically I was refereeing with insurance on phone and them disagreeing on the other until I decided to just pay full price and deal with it later. Appointment set but wasn't seen till over an hour and a half later for a simple ultrasound scan.
