So disappointed, had terrible experience. Went to this location and relied on professionals for advice. After receiving a quote from one of the gentlemen, I was charged over 100$ more a week later when I went to purchase. After advising me not to buy primer…I ended up having to purchase more paint & primer because I needed extra coats to cover existing paint! They are only interested in taking your $$$$$

Was there recently. Customer service was horrid. Some guy with a buzz cut was standing on the customer side of the counter watching a video on his phone ignoring me until I asked him if someone was coming back ie the clerk. Turns out he WAS the clerk with a very customer unfriendly attitude as well. Benjamin Moore paint is about $13 more per gallon than Ace Hardware. It's definitely not for the customer service. Never coming back.
