So i destroyed my phone on New Years! It flew out of my friend's hands and broke into a million pieces my poor iPhone 5. I was so upset, especially since someone else did it and i had no clue about it until the first. The screen was pretty much gone, but it still functioned. I had no clue what to do, and since i have AT&T and paid sooooo much for it just three months before, i was so mad. My aunt told me about a little mobile store that fixes phones for good prices, so i went to 1801 NW 7 ST and found a Simple Mobile store called Miami Wireless Depot. I walked in and asked about pricing and i didn't know what to say because i just wanted my poor phone fixed. So i ended up leaving because i was told it would take two weeks maximum for my phone to be fixed like new. BEING PHONE LESS FOR THAT LONG was a no no for me. I left and a week later came back because i could not take it anymore and left my phone for what i was told was going to be 7 to 14 days!! I was told that if it was finished before, i would be called and could come pick it up. I'll tell you one thing, they are great salesmen there, that's for sure! I ended up leaving my phone in their hands and was hoping it would be brought back to life in less than the maximum wait time of two weeks. Being with out a phone wasn't as bad as i thought, and to my surprise, three days later i got a call on my house phone from a "Miami Florida" number, when i answered the phone i jumped up and ran to the Miami Wireless Depot store. When I got there it was very busy, but i took a seat and waited for the flow to slow down. Once i saw that there was only two people ahead of me to be assisted i asked if my phone was ready to picked up and they asked me for my receipt. Thankfully i still had it thrown in my purse. I handed a short lady my receipt and waited patiently as she disappeared behind a door. When she walked back through the door she showed me my phone and it was just like new!! I was so happy!! . The lady that worked there and i got into a conversation about service providers. When i told her how much i was paying monthly for my phone she flipped. She talked to me more about how AT&T has prepaid companies that use the same satellite with great service that you pay every 30 days, and is more than half the price i pay now. She told me that is the company she has and she has never had a problem with it. I ended up switching from AT&T to Net 10 that day, they even gave me a free screen protector. Let me just say that has been one of the best decisions i have made since i have been Team iPhone! It has now been two months since i went to Miami Wireless Depot to fix my phone screen. I have never been happier with my iPhone! I have great service and a phone that is fixed like new. I am more than happy with their services, AWESOME !
