My friend had surgery and the doctor ordered 6 tablets of Tylenol number 3 and this pharmacy refused to dispense the 6 tablets of Tylenol number 3 , very bad people , they have no compassion or mercy , for 2 days my friend was suffering with a lot of pain , instead they keep calling you for vaccines that I don't want and meds that I don't need , very bad people

has to be one of their best stores courteous and efficient and well stocked and a great RX pharmacy and minit clinic been several times and is the best for sure

After recieveing the COVID-19 booster shot, we were told to wait 15 min and in those 15 min i fainted. my friend called for a nurse and nobody came. the CVS employees just walked past us multiple times and didn't say anything. SO RUDE!!!

If I could give the pharmacy at this CVS a zero I would...I had a virtual doctors visit and I waited 45 minutes before heading out to check on my 2 prescriptions. Mind you, the doctors submit it systematically right after the virtual session ends and it usually takes no more than 20 minutes. Since I wasn't getting any texts or notifications letting me know the prescriptions were ready, I took it upon myself to call the pharmacy to check the status. I was on hold for 3-5 minutes and then I hear the phone is picked up and hung up immediately, really?? So I head over reluctantly since I'm running a fever of over 100 and when I get there, the pharmacist doesn't even find my prescriptions...before you ask, YES I was at the correct pharmacy, I was delirious but I got that part right lol. I tell them to check again and of course upon further inspection, the find it but have not even begun to fill the prescription!!! My heart rate is elevated, my fever is climbing, I'm beside myself. Honestly, just terrible circumstances to have to wait. They should have more than just 2 pharmacists working during peak hours/weekends. No excuses...

I go to this pharmacy for convience of it being 24 hours since I tend to work late hours. Today I went through the drive through and discovered my doctor accidentally sent it to the wrong cvs. Claudio had a big attitude and didn't offer to help out. I left and called my doctor to correct the pick up. Hour pass and I went back. Again (different person) said my medication was not in and apologized. I decided to get off and get inside to see if we can speed up the process instead of holding up the drive through. When I got to the counter that is when I heard Claudio talking about me and saying "I told that girl already we don't have the medication!" I guess he wasn't expecting me to actually come inside so I told him yea I'm that girl and I want my medication solved. He got really quiet and told me he would take care of it. Don't understand how he was able to get my medication in 5 minutes when he was insistent earlier with an attitude that I don't have my medication there. Guess it's easier to act like a "bad a*** when the customer is not standing in front of you. You really show you belong in the field of taking care of people Claudio.

This CVS pharmacy location continues to disappoint. It's always late filling prescriptions, long lines, negative attitude from pharmacists and attendants. With all surveys customers are asked to fill, CVS should LISTEN to the clients!!! Add more staff!!' That would certainly HELP!!! I will be happy to give you feedback!!!!

This is horrible!! Left a prescription last night at 10:00 and they lost it and didn't put it into the system. Totally delinquent!! After 20 minutes they found it floating around the pharmacy. Joe took it last night and lost it!! NEVER come here!!

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible when it comes to giving you prescriptions. I've waited twice already almost one hour to get my medicine. The first time it was just sitting there I had to ask what's going on.. now I'm here and it's been one hour and supposedly they expedited my medicine. I came here on my one hour lunch break and now I've been here for almost two hours! TERRIBLEEE don't get medicine here

CVS gentlemen please hire diligent people. It took me more than half an hour for the drive to remove some medicines from a single person. In order to get me to deliver the medicines, I had to wait 38 minutes to attend and another 28 to deliver the medication please that bad service and disrespect with the clients that we use this service because we are urged to the medicine and we must also suffer the bad service that they are giving in this window of attention to the public

This pharmacy has one person on staff at night. Been waiting over 30 minutes just to get someone to attend the drive through window. It's ridiculous how understaffed they are for a 24 hour pharmacy. This poor man has a line of people waiting. They really should have 2 until 2 am then do what they want but this is sad.

They tell u to use the moneygram machine just to then tel u that their money order machine isn't working so u cant get the money... not professionnel at all.
