My wife and I made an appt to get the COVID booster and when we got there they told us they were out. Just come back tomorrow, they said. We work I said, that's why we made an appt. I got the text that the appt was canceled as we were walking out the door to leave. They were apologetic but still wasted our time.

What a horrible experience at this CVS PHARMACY location. I have a young child that requires a specific medication that is hard to find. I called this location and spoke to a woman that told me they had the medication and I verified the address with her. Once I arrived the customer service was horrible and then they told me they didn't have the medication. When I asked to speak to the woman that told me they had it nobody had the guts to say it was them. Never again will I go to this CVS or to any cvs. What a joke

Unpleasant customer service from Maria, very bad attitude towards patients, which we going to a pharmacy not for satisfaction. I think she should be more empathetic and more friendly. Is not the first time I saw her treat a person like she treated to me. I'll try to change all my family's prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Prescription not ready 3 hours after it should have been all because someone did not read the instructions on the order, despite making several phone calls ahead of time to confirm the order. Timelines is important. Having medicine ready at the time it is supposed to be ready is important.

Worst CVS Pharmacy ever!!!!! Went for my prescription, which was needed that same day. I work in that area so it was convenient for me, so I thought. First my medicine needed to be transferred from Walgreens to CVS, that could only be done by the pharmacist I was told ( not true, a pharmacy tech assisted me the last time with that at a different location)and I will be called when it was ready, this was around 11am. Got out of work at 6pm still no message from CVS. Called another location closer to home and they had the medicine available. Called the worst CVS, I stayed on the phone almost 45 minutes to an hour before someone picked up. After I told the Pharmacy tech to cancel my order and the reason why, I did not even get a sorry mam or my apologies, nothing. She canceled my request and ended the call real quick. I love my CVS and Wallgreens but people like that give the company a bad reputation. I needed my medicine right away but there was no urgency on their part and I was very disappointed with the service. While I was in line they gave someone the wrong prescription, the person behind me did say that it was the worst Pharmacy ever and I believe it!!!! You guys dont do "CVS" justice, work on your customer service skills and start from the top and the rest will follow. Dont think I will be visiting that CVS again.

I was here literally for 30min while they helped other people, I can only describe it as the slowest moment OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. Here I am waiting, spelling my date of birth, name and last name for another third time God help me while I'm here

I don't even know where to start. I had a horrible reaction to percocet and couldn't take it so my doc wrote me a script for lortab instead. I went to fill the script and was told that it couldn't be filled because of some red tape, whatever. I get that. But a woman in the back told me that "If you had a reaction to percocet you'll have a reaction to lortab". She said my doc didn't know what he was talking about and was absolutely horrendous to me. Once I sat down I heard her talk to another employee about how stupid people were. Go back to school, become a doctor, and then we can have this conversation again. I have never in my life witnessed such disgusting attitudes from pharmacists in my life. Also side note, the bathrooms were abhorrent. Dried vomit on the seat of one toilet and piss on the floor of the other. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Please go to Publix's pharmacy, because I have never had anything but great experiences there.
