As someone who has worked in healthcare over many years, I find this practice truly outstanding, one of a kind! I was fortunate to transfer care to Dr. Nicole Ross after encountering much difficulty getting in person care to assess ENT symptoms that had not been successfully treated after a failed telemedicine consult and ineffective antibiotic. I was fit in as a new patient within very short notice and my consult with Dr. Ross was outstanding. She took the time to listen to my medical history, evaluate my symptoms and address my concerns and within a matter of a day and tons of medication she prescribed, I'm feeling a lot better. I really appreciate continuity of care and this has become a rare luxury with such a busy medical system and COVID constraints. This practice offers the rare opportunity to establish that relationship with your PCP and allow them to take care of you both for routine examinations and sick visits. Please don't hesitate a second and switch to this practice if you are looking for that type of care. I'm so grateful I did.

Beware of their dishonest billing practices! They will bill follow up visits as diagnostic to get more money. My insurance company tried assisting me by speaking to the billing office. I was also on the call. The inept billing agent was dismissive and rude; repeating that I had to pay a copay every visit. Had she looked at my file, she would have seen that I always pay the copay at every visit. I kept repeating that and that these are different charges due to the visits being billed as diagnostic and not follow up. She refused to answer the question and just read the doctor's notes. So unethical! Go anywhere else!

I have nothing to say but great things about this place. I saw Dr. Ross (the son) for tendinitis in my foot. Brought him my MRI and he talked to me about doing PT and avoiding surgery- which my podiatrist was about to do next. Dr. Ross was very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. He's got a wonderful bedside manner. I started PT with Monica and she is fabulous! Gave me clear instructions and showed me how to do exercises to help me find relief. Monica is a breath of fresh air and is really caring and patient. There is even an app that shows you videos of each exercise. Her hands are magic! No pain no gain when working with the therapeutic massage. She uses heat and ultrasound too. The front desk girl Mia is also amazing! She's very friendly and has great customer service skills. The music played on the waiting room is also nice and relaxing. If you're looking for a grade A orthopedic practice- look no further.

This is an amazing and friendly place, process through COVID is amazing and fully professional, Dr. Ross son, is incredible friendly and people person as also is very knowledge of the cases and different situations regarding FAA. I TRULY RECOMMEND 100% THIS PROFESSIONAL PLACE.

I went to see Dr. David Ross with a running injury. He was very detailed on his diagnostic and treatment and refer me to Dr. Monica Ross for Physical Therapy. This has been great not only for getting back to running after my injury Dr Monica Ross has provide alms with a great program to minimize potential for future injuries. Is great to have runners healing runners! The perfect place for runners not only to get back from an injury but more important to avoid injuries. Strongly recommended.

I have been going to Dr Monica Ross's physical therapy sessions for 3 months now. The first 2 months were prior to my surgery, and now I'm back for post surgery rehab. The office is friendly, thorough, and always follows up with schedule reminders and is very flexible with rescheduling. That's only the beginning. The Dr is always engaged is you day to day treatment as well as concerned with your daily progress. The portal they give you access to helps you stay on point with your routine, and assured you that your recovery is being m po monitored and updated with every session. Dr.Monica is extremely knowledgeable and will not only walk you through your therapy but will explain why each of the exercises is important. Her staff and her will describe how each muscle group works and how each exercise will help in your recovery. They are very attentive and genuinely care about your well being.

Dr. Monica & her team at Ross Medical Group have literally been a life-saver to me. They've helped me win, not just on the playing field but everyday, everywhere. I thrive on competition. As an athlete, I push my body to its limits and the years of doing so, are finally catching up with me. Unless I quit (which will absolutely NOT happen), I need the biometric services & theraputic exercises they have taught me to integrate into my routine. It literally feels like I'm pushing back time.
