This institution is garbage. Every other institution I went with a work permit they requested a State ID. I came to this place with a State ID and they request the opposite, the work permit. I have accounts in 2 more institutions and it seems not to be enough forms of ID for them. Everytime I have tried to do business with Bank of America they have a problem and I leave the same way I came. A complete waste of time.
Not to mention that I requested a specific banker and they assigned a lady that barely speaks the language.
People, keep saying that you don’t need English here in FL, that a very mediocre form of thinking.
My advice coming out of my personal experience with this institution, “look for another one”.
They are too conflicting, just to open a basic checking account.

I'm not shocked that this place has such a low rating. No one properly communicates to you what line you're supposed to be in - only until after you've waited for over 20 minutes to be helped. "We'll be right with you" more like they'll be helping you hours later. You're better off going somewhere else to get serviced or change for your business. Avoid this bank at all costs!

Very busy location but the staff is friendly and efficient. Everyone smiles and doesn't seem to get frustrated with all the traffic. Jose Mendez is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Needed a new debit card so I came in person so I wouldn't have to wait the mail for it. Even though on the app it says I could get one in person the manager said they haven't had that policy since October 2021 and was very rude about it. Couldn't be bothered to even tell me goodbye and have a nice day and just turned around and walked off talking to someone else.

Worst bank service ever. Who ever the main greeter/receptionist is completely disorganized. He disappears and comes out taking people who arrived later before then puts me aside and takes everyone who arrived after me before. He was so rude and disrespectful this needs to be addressed.

Good branch and the most efficient Teller Zuleika. Never ever any issues whenever she is at the desk. When compared to the others, I have to salute her for her efficiency. Keep it up Zuleika.

My least favorite of all the big banks - I 100% prefer other other big banks, credit unions, credit card brand bank accounts, and FinTechs over Bank of America. BoA embodies everything millennials dislike in old school banks: their operations and technology/website/app are terrible, their automated phone systems don't work well, but yet they make it very difficult to speak with a customer service agent. Compared to other banks, they also have higher account minimums and higher fees, yet are the least transparent, do not clearly & obviously list our their rules/fees, and tend towards fine print. Despite all of this, somehow they have the time and funds to constantly send offers for new credit cards and investment products. BoA Q3 2021 profits were over $7 billion - they are obviously not spending enough on improving their technology, operations, or hiring more people to support customers. Yet they're charging more for the same services you can receive at other banks. "The percentage of Millennials (consumers 26 to 40 years old) who call a Bank of America checking account their primary account declined from 22% in October 2020 to just 13% in July 2021. The megabank also lost share of primary status among Gen Xers (ages 41 to 55), dropping from 18% to 10% over that same time period." Source:

I'd give 1 star if I could. Do not bank here. They've crunched their hours and as a result line always super long. Terrible.

Ok...if you can pick and choose when to show up (even better if you can walk over, as I do) the service can be better...still could stand some improvement by having a dedicated teller for business only transactions, which take considerably longer than consumer transactions.

Why do I bank here? I have no idea his bank totally sucks. Customer service totally sucks. Why do they have people here that called them selves vice president's because they can make absolutely no decisions at all. It's like they're all scared of their own shadows and I let the computers make their decisions. Such is the way of banking these days I suppose.

Made appointment for notary a week in advance, the bank even bothered to send me an email and a text reminder a day before, got to my appointment, was told to wait, and 20 min later someone came and told me that they don't have an available notary! no one bothered to call me before hand, no one cares... customer of almost 20 years, never treated like this before! waste of my time! absolutely horrible!

My experience from couple of days back with this brunch was amazing. I stopped by Thursday morning and had my issue dealt with in no time. All the staff I interacted with: Carmen, Yan, Gina - attentive, positive, professional. I had my transactions done smoothly and very efficiently. Thanks to the staff. Very pleasant and seamless experience.

I'm always greeted with smiles. I never wait but that's because I make appointments. The atm never has many people waiting which makes it fast to get in and out.

Why make an appointment if I still need to wait one hour to see someone? This bank and this branch is a complete disgrace
