Yousif and his team (Chris, Federico and the rest of professional on the team) are really amazing. I recommend them 100%. They are very professional. They had excellent communication with me through the all process and resolved all my doubts. They were also fast and proactive. I am so happy with the results. I have my new home yet!

Very unprofessional. Yousif did not like that I was shopping rates with other lenders so he decided not to take my business. In a market where inflation has taken a toll on just about everything, you would think people would have compassion and look to help the next person as best they can. Yousif did the exact opposite and pushed my business away. It is clear they are just after your money. I advise to go elsewhere, there are plenty of professional lenders who know how to conduct proper business.

I could have not been able to close the apartment of my dreams if not for the amazing and responsive work of Yousif, Federico, and especially Chris. They worked fast, kept me looped, and were responsive and attentive to all my needs and concerns. I am a first-time buyer, and they were really patient, respond to all my questions, and took all the time to explain all the processes. Purchasing a home is the most expensive process one would ever go through in their lifetime. And things can get pretty tiresome during the process. I am a real estate broker in Miami and have always had the best outcome whenever I worked with Yousif handling my buyers loans. He’s so great that I myself chose to use him for my personal home purchase.From start to finish, Yousif is always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Also his platform was easy to navigate and submit all the paperwork that was needed. I plan to continue referring my clients over to him. And recommend all to do the same.

Yousif & his team were the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to go through. Communication is horrible across their team members from Chris Cano to him it’s a mess. They speak to you as if they’re doing you the biggest favor when in reality you can go elsewhere. I received a screenshot of a text between him & my realtor who’s a great friend of mine of him calling me a “dick.” Hands down the most unprofessional person. I highly recommend against Yousif.
