I strongly advise against using this service. They claim to manage every aspect of the moving process, from packing to furniture assembly, but in reality, they outsource each task to different third-party companies, leading to significant communication gaps. For instance, the packing is handled by All Roads Express, which I found to inflate the inventory unnecessarily, and they pack items carelessly, resulting in damaged furniture. Delivery is managed by another company, possibly called Budget Moving, which lacks punctuality—I'm writing this review at midnight as they've just arrived. Moreover, they came unprepared without the necessary tools for assembling furniture, relying on my personal power drill to put things together haphazardly. Despite these shortcomings, all involved parties expect full payment and substantial tips upfront. Overall, this company's service is extremely disappointing.

Moving APT promised professionalism but delivered chaos. They showed up late, mishandled items, and left a trail of damage behind. Customer service? Non-existent. They overcharged and shrugged off complaints. And those glowing reviews? Likely fabricated. Avoid this company like the plague unless you enjoy stress and disappointment. Save yourself the headache and find a mover with integrity

Moving APT was a complete disaster. Late delivery, damaged items, and rude customer service. They promised professionalism but delivered incompetence. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy stress and disappointment. Save yourself the headache and find a different moving company. Absolutely regret choosing them. Beware of their deceptive advertising and false promises. Stay away

Horrible experience with Moving APT. Their service is a disaster! Late delivery, damaged goods, and rude staff. Avoid at all costs. They overcharged and underdelivered. It's like throwing money into a black hole. Zero stars if possible. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. This one is a nightmare waiting to happen

Absolutely terrible experience with Moving APT. They were unprofessional and careless with my belongings. The movers were rude and showed up late. My items arrived damaged, and customer service was nonexistent. It's clear that all the positive reviews are fake. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your sanity and possessions

I would avoid using MovingAPT. They underestimate the cost - mine ended up being triple of what they quoted. Once you sign up and pay your first payment, they have nothing to do with you. No after service. Called to tell me the movers will arrive to the destination by end of the week and I would receive a call from the driver the day before. No call on Thursday and when I call MovingAPT, they couldn’t tell me the delivery date. Had to call on Friday, had to call Saturday but they couldn’t give a date of arrival. I had to call My Family Moving LLC, the company that actually picked up my things. Someone called on Saturday to tell me they were 16hrs away and won’t be able to deliver till Monday morning. He was very rude when I told him I wasn’t able to be at home for delivery as I had taken a week off the week they were supposed to deliver and I had to go to work. My apt building elevator was booked on Tuesday morning and so I asked if the delivery could be done in the afternoon and the man in charge of delivery was belligerent and insistent that he had to deliver on Tuesday morning. He made me nervous and afraid that I had to have a friend come for the delivery in case he would get aggressive againMy Chinese medicine cabinet, and my expensive Jen’s bench were chipped and damaged. They also broke my display Italian cabinet and then put a screw in to keep the leg in place ruining it completely and not telling me about it. Worst moving experience in every way.

I highly do not recommend Moving APT and All Roads Express (the carrier) to anyone. Here are suggestions for other customers:1. If you plan to sign a contract with Moving APT, please ask the third party, a carrier (All Roads Express), to sign the contract together, in case the carrier asks for additional charges.2. If representatives promise that there will be no additional charges after you sign the contract, please be sure to ask for the promise to be written into the contract.3. If the carrier (All Roads Express) asks for additional fees, and the carrier will refuse to pick up your furniture if you do not pay the additional fees, you have the right to refuse and refund the deposit in full. Please be cautious if Moving APT refuses to accept the above requirements.Moving APT is just an intermediary agent and does not have its own carrier. The key effect of the contract between Moving APT and you is that you must pay a deposit, and after the window period, the deposit will not be refunded. The carrier (All Roads Express) is a third party and is not bound by the contract. The moving fee written in the contract will be re-estimated by the carrier on the day when the carrier arrives at your home to pick up and upload the truck. What I have experienced was that the carrier(All Roads Express) asked to charge extra fees and if I refused the extra fees , the carrier refuses to pick up and upload the truck and at this time, the deposit could not be refunded. No matter whether I accept the additional charges or refuse, I would face a big loss. After the carrier asked for additional charges, Moving APT supported the carrier and sent me a new contract that added additional charges. In short, Moving APT and All Roads Express cooperate together to put me in a dilemma. Before I signed the contract, the representative promised that there would be no extra charges, but when the carrier increased the price, the representative only gave me an apology . Additionally, All Roads Express damaged multiple pieces of my furniture and porcelain during shipping.I definitely will never hire Moving APT and All Roads Express again in the future.

Our quote doubled at pickup over total made up nonsensical reasons. We were charged for packing services that were never discussed, disclosed, or written in our contract - but the company refused to send our things without payment for those services. Then we get a text really late Friday night saying if our drop off residence can’t accommodate an 18 wheel semi truck we need to pay them $700 so they can hire a shuttle lol. Obviously, details about our drop off location were discussed at the time of the contract being signed, and this ridiculousness was never mentioned. Our stuff was not packed into an 18 wheeler either at pickup. Completely out of nowhere. So as it stands our stuff is being held ransom by this creepy company. Stay far away my friends

I highly suggest you do not use this moving broker. They hire deplorable company's to move your products. They lie about their services and when you need assistance on a major issue, I had a manager literally say to me "take what we tell with a grain of salt".They take no responsibility on your move and leave the liability between you and the moving company they hire. They also attempt to take additional money just like a car dealers finance department in upselling services you don't need and when the company they hired comes to move your furniture they claim not to be aware of them. The claims process is a joke so be prepared to get no restitution for the damages incurred from the mover APT hires.I can literally fill up a full page of the issues we had with APT but my best advice is to never use them.
