I am very pleased with Mr. Freeze. I called to get the AC charged up as I have an issue with my AC and explained that. Mr. Freeze informed me of the amount that it would be for just that and also that they would not guarantee that was the issue. I understood that as I know my car needs a new compressor but that this has worked before and I was willing to try it again until I can get the compressor replaced. I arrived and the gentleman was so kind and informative. So far, the AC is cold and most of all I am so happy for the professional service and the kindness of both gentlemen. I highly recommend and would go back again. Thank you Mr. Freeze!!

Took them less than 3 days to fix what was wrong with my car and the only reason it took that long was because they had to order a part. It would’ve been same day if not. Very honorable and nice people. Also great with communication in regards to time frames and updates 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This is the best ac shop around very knowledgeable and honest unlike other mechanic shops I've been to. The attention to detail and the ability to to fix whatever is wrong in a timely manner is unmatched. I highly recommend to anyone who needs there vehicle fixed.

This company is a rip off to women please do not go here for diagnostic for your car he told me that my Hyundai Sonata needed a compressor and the fluids was oily and the total would be $860.00 to repair. I then went to get a second opinion and found out the my boyfriend had put yo Much Freon the day before, therefore this other guy had to let some of it out he only charged me 40.00 to do that and it only took 5 mins. Please don’t take your car here for ANYTHING!!!! What a rip off not to mention he charge me 50 dollars just to check the car. What’s waste of 50 dollars

My complaint is not with the work performance. Google says thay the shop opens at 9am. I get there around 8:45am and an employee tells me that they don't open until 10 or 10:30. So I was forced to drive around Miami to find another shop to fix my ac. I don't know if this is Google's fault or Mr Freeze. Someone please fix the hours.

I cannot believe what they did to me in this place I took my car on a Monday early they told me what's going to be done during the day when I came back they charged me $100 for nothing because there was no fixed in my problem I came back on Tuesday told the guy that I need the car if you can take it in the morning he said no bring it on Wednesday I can't believe it I don't trust this guy please don't take your car there those are the worst mechanics that I ever seen in my life and I'm 69 years old

Went to have my Jeeps air conditioner fixed. They were transparent and systematic and their approach. They explained what they tested and why a new compressor was needed. The price was fair and they were incredibly quick! About 24 hours later I have a working AC!
