Best BMW shop in Miami and everyone knows it! (If you don’t, you should).. I’ve been taking my BMW hardtop convertible there for years. (I just had my headlights - bulbs and assemblies - replaced to perfection and so did several other happy customers when I was there yesterday so I don’t know what that ONE negative review is about but trust me, that will NOT be your experience here.) Jacque and his brother Francois and every single team employee there could not be more helpful, friendly and accommodating. They are highly knowledgeable and competent - they know BMW. They will give you an honest and thorough review of your car, alert you to future needs and deliver professional (and timely) results. They have many long term satisfied customers and for good reason; they’ve earned it. I will never take my car anywhere else (and neither should you!)… bring your BMW there, you will not be disappointed.

brought BMW here to get headlamp bulbs replaced. They charged 2 hours for removing bumper even though it's not necessary bumper gets removed for this job. When we picked up the car, it was throwing fresh code CC-ID 295 (adaptive passenger-side headlamp) error. We took the car back, and they said they re-coded something and wanted to charge 2 more hours to fix the problem they caused from the time before. I asked them to let me know what coding they changed so if this problem recurs, it can help me get to the bottom of it. They continued to resist explaining what they did and I kept insisting that they tell me what they did if they want to charge me even more for fixing the problem they just caused. They got angry with me and told me to pick up the car and never come back. I picked it up and nothing had apparently changed; the CC-ID 295 code was still there, and a large amount of moisture accumulated within the housing of the front passenger-side light housing whenever it rained, which didnt happen before. I lived with these problems for some time before I went to another mechanic that showed me where that one light housing had been pried open rather than unscrewed, tearing the housing off the screw, and that was causing the moisture accumulation. He suggested I take it back to the mechanic that caused that problem, which was Munich Euro. So I went back a third time to Munich, showed them the pried-open headlamp housing, they said they'd fix it, a day later they said it was fixed and we went to pick it up and they started talking about other issues with the car that I never asked Munich to address. When I refocused on the headlamp problem they caused, reminding them that's the whole reason why we came back here, they refused causing the problem, saying they would never open the housing because it only takes 1 to 1.5 hours to change bulbs (remember they charged for 2 hours), constantly interrupted me every time I spoke, and said they didnt work on that. Anyone can verify online that it's impossible not to enter the now-broken housing to replace the bulbs, so that was a straight lie. When I asked them to stop interrupting me so I could explain again the errors that arose only once we left the car with them originally, they got angry and kicked us out again, telling us again to never come back.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed to have my engine mounts replaced on my Mini. Claude and his team are awesome. Very kind and honest. They did a great job and saved me a lot of money compared to what the dealership wanted to replace them.It's nice knowing I now have a shop to go to for my Mini.Lifetime customer now

Around 2 months ago or so I took my car here because it was having starting issues the car was there for about 4 days when i finally called on the 4th day I was told they worked on the car and got it running said he needed to clean some fuses and that's it. He did not call me prior to working on the car to tell me what the issue was he instead he did the work and charged me $500 to change some fuses. Mind you brand new fuses are $3-$10 bucks. After taking the car home that day the car wouldn't start the next day when I called to tell them I was told I was going to be charged again if its not what he worked on which I understand but to charge me 500 dollars and the car doesn't start the next day and then you want to charge me again like what did I even pay for ? I ended up discovering MYSELF that the car has a parasitic draw so all they did was charge up the battery and give me the car back pretty much saying the solution was fixed which it clearly wasn't and then he wanted to charge me 500 bucks which he did I wouldn't recommended this place to anybody.

I’ve been taking my car to Autohaus Munich for about 5 years now and their service never fails to astonish me. Jacques always takes excellent care of my car.
