This is the worst
Experience I had at a gas station, bought a wine bottle and paid double the price.
At the shelf it's one price and at the cashier they couldn't cancel the transaction he didn't know how and I ended up very upset.

This car wash is one of the most expensive, $8:99 for the most basic service, but the expensive thing is not what motivated me but feeling scammed by this car wash. They have cheated me out of my money, the only function the machine did was leave my car smeared with detergent, it didn't clean anything, the mechanical arms didn't even move at any time and I had to leave with my car smeared with detergent without even rinsing. It's a shame I didn't record a video to show you the scam...the least I imagined was that this would happen to me. I came to complain and neither the manager nor anyone else does anything for you. I had to go out quickly to find another car wash because I needed to remove all the detergent and be able to clean it at the same time. The worst service I have ever used in my entire life, I have never felt so scammed before, what a disaster, speechless….

Carwash is a scam, a theft. It is one of the most expensive because the minimum basic cleaning is 8.99 and the machine only adds detergent and water and the arms of the machinery did not work, in the end it did not clean anything and that lasted half a minute. I went to the office because the team didn't clean my car and the lady told me there was nothing she could do because that was the Manager. They stole my money and I left worse than when I entered, a lot of disrespect in order to take money!!

Don’t wash your car here! Never ! Even if they change outdoor name! they don’t give you another code or refund if the machine stops in the middle and your car is full of foam!and it happened me twice and they don’t want to solve the problem!

service by customer service representative in the evening time on Friday was disgraceful. Went to customer service desk to simply point out there may be an issue with one of their many gas pumps and upon exiting , customer service loudly mumbled in Spanish that it was a good thing I was leaving all all I wanted to do is blame them for my problems .. she said this to the next customer in front . I immediately called attention to her disrespect and asked to speak to the manager and which she proceeded to scream managers name at me and then screamed her name at me as I requested hers. I was so irrate at the level of service provided I will never return to this gas station again . I left a message via voice mail for the manager with regard to the quality of service being provided at this station . Will be returning tomorrow to complain in person . if you want to be treated like a stray dog , common over to this gas station. Especially on a late Friday evening which is when this incident occurred .

This shell has decent prices as long as you use your shell rewards which is free to sign up for. This place has decent quick bites inside and the only negative is that one of the car wash stalls has been broken for Months and the it backs up the car wash ljne.

Came in here and the slurpee machine wasn't working, again. The discount you get for being a shell reward's member is pretty good, especially nowadays with sleepy Joe blaming everything on Putin. Also, the bathrooms are somewhat clean. I'm not saying I would take a dump in one, but I'm OK taking a leak.

Every since I moved to the neighborhood, i've been coming to this gas station's bakery almost on the daily for breakfast. The service in the beginning was just off, and it some times still is, it took some time and meeting some of the employees on a consistent basis to create a sort of relationship that would enable them to bring down their walls and actually be nice? to a guest. Anyway. Im just try to keep in mind that I am reviewing a Gas station. My only two notes are: I wish they had Cream Cheese for their tostadas as well as butter, and I wish their wine selection was a tad bit better. For a Gas Station, I will probably never find a vintage of my liking, but they can at least try lol. Other than that, the gas is good

Waste of time, huge line at car wash because one was broken and manager refused to give refund. Worst customer service ever!!!
