I have been a loyal customer to Diana in sweetwater location. Today went in for my appointment that was rescheduled with out being told, which I didn’t mind. Get there and was told sorry I am busy you can come back tomorrow. I should’ve been called just like they call a million times to confirm. But nothing. A complete waste of time.

it would be nice if the techs or front desk knew how to schedule accordingly. I get there at the time of my appt and they all looked at me like a deer in headlights. all the techs began to figure out who I went with. they proceeded to tell me to sit and wait that someone would be with me shortly. no one attended me for 30 minutes. I left. someone could’ve at least begun by taking my nail polish off to speed up any processs if anyone was behind.

Janny is absolutely amazing! I’ve been to many nail techs before, but no one compares to her attention to detail and creativity. She really takes her time to make sure every nail is perfect, and the designs always come out flawless. My nails last for weeks without lifting or chipping, and she always makes me feel so comfortable and pampered during my appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does. I always leave her chair obsessed with my nails — highly recommend Janny to anyone looking for beautiful, long-lasting nails and great vibes! 💅✨

I had a great experience with Yanet today. I got a mani and pedi, and she removed an overlay from my nails. Yanet was very detailed in her work, and I would definitely go back.

I have now gotten my nails done with Miriam 4 times. Edit: she is now my go to nail stylist solely in Miami! She is amazing, friendly, and attentive to detail. She tries her best (and succeeds) to complete whatever design I show to her even with my small nails. She takes the time with me to pick out colors to best match what I am envisioning. Honestly, the manicure and pedicure combos cannot be beat in terms of price. Miriam also looks out for the health of my nails recommending structure gel which has allowed me to grow my own nails naturally and make them stronger. Every time, I leave happy and wowed! I have gotten so many compliments at work. She tries her best to communicate in both English and Spanish as needed.

I had an awful experience here. They made me wait one hour to do my nails - my appointment was scheduled for 5:15 and they didn’t get started until 6:15 even though there were two other employees present. They only spoke Spanish and it was very difficult to communicate with them and they charged me an extra five dollars to remove gel on my toes. Not even a week after I got my nails done, the gel lifted off of all of my nails, and I had to peel it off. Will never go back. Save your money and invest in a better nail salon.

I when with a family member and we both were extremely pleased with our nails and pedicure . Nitza and Daile are the best they are very detailed oriented Sweet and very professional. The salon is clean and well kept. Location is at NW 96 Ave. and 25 sT. Thank you ladies and keep up the great work you do. 🙏🏻

Yadira does amazing job with the nails. She fixed the terrible job done at the 25th location… and my nails always look impeccable for over 3 weeks, never chip. She is the best!

Amazing service! I was driving back home late from Marathon and desperately needed my nails and pedi done for a busy work week ahead. Even though they were getting ready to close, she kindly welcomed me as a walk-in (I believe her name is Yadira). My nails and pedi came out fabulous! I’m so happy I found this place and will definitely be coming back.

Customer service is non existent, tried to charge me $20 to repair two nails that were supposed to be structure gel but was only regular gel after some back and fourth charged me $11 and this is the sloppy lazy work they did both nails are longer than the rest, slanted, dented and have a chunk of gel on the bottom . I’m Embarrassed and I paid twice for this mess. Definitely lost a customer
