This is THE WORST nail place I’ve ever been to. Everything from the start was a terrible experience. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’ve never been a Karen in my life but this place made me livid. 1 day after getting my nail done, they started chipping all over the place and the polish was coming off like I got my nails done a month ago. I go the day after to get it fixed and they are closed by 4:30 even though their website says they close @6. I go the day after that and the guy is huffing and puffing to fix my nails and he starts filling them and makes them completely uneven. And I can’t make this up, my nails start chipping AGAIN while I’m at the nail salon- I LITERALLY CANT make this up. It’s so ugly and I’m so frustrated that I tell them to remove all the nails completely and I’ll be on my way and they tell me I have to pay to get it removed. Even when I first walked in, the place looked old and the people working there looked like they didn’t want to be there in the first place. To make matters worst, 2 girls next to me were complaining about their nails too. RUNNNN and go somewhere else. You’ll thank me for it!!

Worst place to get eyebrows done. The girl in the left first chair waxed off half my eyebrows and didn’t once say anything. I found out after taking the tint off my face. They don’t care who they send you with. They’re just money hungry.

I'm writing this review because NAIL TRAP needs to revamp their system. I went from being a weekly clients(nail,pedi,lashes,eyebrow) to once a year (nail & pedi) . They still don't have it together WITH WHO NEXT !!!!! Come on Nail Trap CUSTOMER SERVICE ?????TOM is an excellent nail tech in a BAD environment
