Naulin has been an amazing find. They are polite, on-time, and don't mind explaining things. They honor warranties for work and don't over-book work for the day. It's not a bad thing that they don't just take anyone, any day. This way you aren't left waiting for them to rush through work to fit more people in.

If you drive a german vehicle and are looking for a reliable mechanic that won’t overcharge you, Naulins is the place to go. I drive a 2014 Bmw 435 xdrive and Naulins is the only mechanic shop I trust to repair my car. While most mechanic shops try to add unneccesariy charges, Naulins tells me exactly what needs to be fixed and not to waste money when certain repairs can wait. The staff is communicative, repairs are fast, and the price is the best and most fair in all of miami.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Naulin Auto Service was a breath of fresh air particularly in this economy where it's hard to find good service and when you do, it's typically at a premium. My experience at Naulin was the opposite. They provided honest and quality service, they addressed the issue with my vehicle promptly and were a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely 100% recommend their services.

Naulin Auto Service delivers Gold Star ethical and quality service. I contacted them after getting the usual terrible service and horrible communication we are forced to accept from the "new normal". They provided excellent communication and honest, insightful professional advice on how to proceed. I take pride in being a handy mechanically savvy do-it-yourselfer, but I know my limitations.
