The lady who answers the phone is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. No sense of urgency, rude, hung up on me when I asked her to clarify something. Online, on the door, and on the forms say this place opens at 8:00 AM. When I called, she told me "even though it says 8, we open at 9." She is the definition of horrible customer service. I was waiting for almost 30 minutes after the 9:00 open. The guy who helped everyone when we went inside was very helpful and polite.

I was there because I called previously and when I arrived no one opened the door for me, I called again because the schedule says that they close at 5 and they had also confirmed to me that they were open and by surprise the response from the person who answered the phone was that they would no longer answer no one else today and it's 2:00 pm... too informal

I’ve been coming to this medical center for the past couple of weeks and they not only are professional and attentive, but also very knowledgeable. I’m being treated by Pablo sotolongo and thanks to his therapies I’ve improved greatly! I’m planing to stay with them for a long time

I've been here waiting for almost one hour. They said they opened at 8 am but no one is here and they don't answer the phone. It's the second time I come and no one opens the door or answer the phone.

I went for a drug test. I waited 2 hours for the staff member in charge of the test to arrive. I asked after a while, waiting what happened? and the front desk replied "take a seat, she is running late". Once attended to, she is extremely unprofessional. Her name is Yuresleidys Hernandez. No manners at all, yelling at staff across the room. After she handed over my license, my purse was in her cabinet. Which I had to ask her for it.

I am a first responder that needed a pre drug test. I was standing outside their door right now because they are open until 5 pm and I called the number and whoever pick up was rude and told me to go look for another guest diagnostic. Everytime I mention they are open until 5 pm and it’s currently 1:44 pm she continue to be rude and unprofessional. I will wait until Monday to talk to a supervisor because they cannot treat people like that. As a professional I am disappointed to see such lack of customer service.In response to your comment below! I know the way they treated me and I wasn’t insisting in them seeing me that’s false information. I waited outside the door while they were talking inside. I knock and and nobody was courteous to come outside. While they did answer the phone and told me to go find another guest. If you think that’s a way to treat someone that’s your own perception. Ma’am I wish you an amazing day, yet I do not like false information against my persona. The only thing I said you guys are open until 5 pm and they kept telling me we are close for the day at 1:44 pm. Which unfortunately there is no documents that say you guys closed at that time, if not I wouldn’t go to your facility.

This facility was highly unprofessional. The sign says that they open 8:00 am and yet the receptionist arrived and opened the doors at 8:55am. I, as well as two other patients waiting outside, tried calling the facility and knocking on the door and no one would respond.This facility lacks professionalism, patient respect and care and punctuality, all of which is highly unacceptable for a health care organization.

It is always good to call ahead. but this office opens at 8:00 am sharp and closes and 5:00 pm Sharp. No waiting time and a great staff.
