The cashier was very rude to the guy infront of me, and then for mine he didn't have coin change for $1.55 for me and just shrugged and gave me $1.00 at least in my job if someone was going to lose money from a coin shortage in the till it would be the company. But it doesn't stop there, the next customer was a woman and he was extremely kind to her and was obviously flirting. It was extremely disrespectful to act so rude to the male customers and with no change be so over the top kind to the females. I really hope the training on how to treat customers is improved, because looking at the other reviews this is a common theme for this location

Little convenient store with lots of reading materials. They sell the chocolate brand Bark Thins which is great. I bought a vitamin water for on my flight.

In a hurry to get some reading material, water, snacks this was a great location to stop at just before boarding. Well stocked and friendly employees who will pack your merchandise (or not if you prefer)

Large assortment of magazines... although I bought an orange juice. The place is spacious, well-lit and the merchandise is well displayed.
The service here is as it seems to be very common in the United States: just barely kind; the staff complies with answering your questions, but there is a lack of warmth, that quality of wanting to please and satisfy the customer.

The cashier “Merva” is really impolite and disrespectful. And her English is not easy to follow, she is not suitable for this position. Although it only takes 1 min to checkout, but it leaves me a terrible experience, because of it, I will never comes to newslink store nor recommend my friends to it.
