The cashiers here need to be restaffed. I come in 2-3 times a month and associates either don’t greet you or only greet in Spanish. They’re slow, rude, don’t communicate, and stonewall customers.
Today, 8/11/2025 around 3pm, a Gen Z Latino male associate ignored me and didn’t call me up even though no one else was in line and he wasn’t helping anyone. Then Idania W called me over to check out but spoke fast in Spanish, ignoring me while gossiping with another cashier. I gave her my Nordy rewards number multiple times and repeatedly asked for the receipt email. She talked over me the entire time, didn’t look at me, and when I said I was in a hurry, she ignored me completely and just handed me a paper receipt.
Assuming customers speak Spanish, greeting them, or even screaming at them in Spanish first is rude and ignorant. This is America — do not assume I speak Spanish. It’s disrespectful and dismissive. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged clearly and respectfully, without presumptions based on appearance.
I never got the receipt email. I reported this to a temp manager onsite from the Merrick Park Nordstrom and shared my experience. This is the fifth instance of rude, appalling behavior from staff here, on top of ongoing store issues — broken AC, filth, and many other problems — in the seven months I’ve been visiting this dysfunctional location.

The Coral Way Nordstrom Rack is by far one of the most organized locations I’ve visited. I’ve been to other stores that felt a bit chaotic, but this one was a great experience from start to finish. Great selection, super clean, and everything was easy to find. Shoutout to the young gentleman at the front for his wonderful attention and to the kind older lady in the fitting rooms who was just as helpful. Overall, a really pleasant shopping experience!

It is a place where it is not cheap like Ross or Marshall, nor is it expensive like Macy's, if you are looking for a lot of offers it is not the right place if you can find something you like at a lower price but not on sale

This is one of the worst places that I have shop at Nordstrom Rack 3301 coral way I noticed that everything is unorganized they sell alot of oldproducts especially the shoes. No one offers to help. these people at this location are quite rude not even a helloIt seems to me that's something has been going on there because I guess they had people stealing merchandise. and there quiet paranoid there all they do is stare at the customers totally feeleyes ? watching you This place is total mess not going back..
