In my experience as a tenant, to date, this is the company that provides the best of all property management services in Miami, Naples and Homestead (where I have resided), they providethe best attention to their properties and to the needs and concerns of the tenants without sparing any effort. It was a very good experience renting property from this company which is very well maintained and attended to. They answer the phone fast , whatever happens they send trained personnel to repair or resolve problems quickly. They are always aware of their clients and properties.

We rented a townhouse in Towngate managed by Novel Management and can highly recommend them as one of the best experience we had as a tenant. They have a very easy to use online application to make the monthly payment and to communicate any concern you can have.
